Return & refund policy
For the mask purchase under our Shopee shop.
We support unconditional return upon 14 days of item receipt.

Below are the steps to returning item by Shopee
1.Apply for return & refund
Click "My Purchases" > select the order , click "Refund" and select "Return & Refund"
Submit the evidence and wait for approval

2.Once request approved,the order will change to "Return Pending"
You can ship your return parcel using either the Pick Up, Drop-off
or Self Arrange methods within 10 days from the approval of your return/refund request.

3. We recommend to select J&T Return Pick up option, choose a preferable Pickup Date and Pick up Address.
Once the pickup request had been submitted , a tracking number will be generated for the return request.
Pack the item nicely and write down the tracking number on the envelope,poly mailer or carton box before ship out.

4.Refund will be made within 1-3days time after we receive the item.
